Eloisa Helena Pinto Fialho was born in the sea port city of Rio Grande, located in Southern Rio Grande do Sul (Brazil) on the 19th of November 1943. First daughter of Euclides Moura Fialho and Edith Pinto Fialho, she has three sisters, namely, Eneida Maria, Dorvalina Elvira and Leda Maria.
